Return Terms & Conditions
- Customers are requested to collect their repaired shoes within 30 days from the delivery date mentioned on the front. Catwalk does not hold any responsibility for shoes not collected within that period.
- Catwalk will do its best to meet the Delivery date promised, however in case or unexpected delays. Catwalk cannot be held responsible.
- Repair services are provided as an additional service by Catwalk and are subject to the discretion of the Management.
- Advantage Catwalk customers may check the repair status of their shoes at www.catwalkworldwide.co.in.
- Time to repair would be 15 working days excluding the time to delivery.
- No refund, No Claim.
- Warranty period for 180 days from the date of purchase.
- Will only be taken for repair IF MANUFATURING DEFECT and not WEAR AND TEAR.
- Our 7 days exchange policy means that for any quality issue you can exchange the pair subject to the submission of the original bill.
- Pairs are under warranty period, if required, will only be given service subject to the submission of the original bill and complete accessories.
- No warranty or guaranty for stud and sequence work.
- No exchange, no repairs for the sale product.
- No guarantee on sole for FOOTPRINT Marks.

Catwalk uses the Italian sizing system, however in order to aid our customers with their shopping we have provided a size chart to be used as a guideline for international sizing. Should you be unhappy with the fit for a particular purchase you can return the item, or exchange it for a different size. Please follow the instructions listed under returns.
As an Advantage Catwalk member you will be able to track all your Catwalk pair given to the local Catwalk store for Repairs. To access the repair status link select Advantage from home page & sign into your account. Click on the Repairs link & enter your return slip number to get the status of your repair.
