Please send an email with your returns query so it can be directly dealt with by the representatives. Returns You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

We offer free returns for most parts of India, in this case send an email and expect initiation within 2 working days.

Self-ship : If pickup at your location is not offered, in such cases we will credit the shipping costs as credits in your wallet. Provided the product meets the return policy and a scanned copy of the receipt is shared. During reverse pickup our delivery agent will do a quality check, which must meet our policy. Once approved we will initiate reverse pickup for exchange/refund. In case of exchanging the product, you will be allowed to exchange for a different size in the same style code.Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for a return/exchange by our logistics team. For item with a different style code we request you to return the product to obtain refund and place a new order for the new style code.
Following guidelines must be followed for return/refund policy :

All items to be returned/refunded must be in original conditions with price tag and packaging in-tact. Please attach the invoice copy on the garment to avoid any delays.

In case if you have purchased an item with an offer/gift then if you wish to return that style code you will also have to return the free item as well.

Catwalk will not be held responsible for the products returned by mistake. In cases where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Catwalk would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User.

For self shipped returns please pack the items safely and use a reliable courier service. Any damage to the product will make the return null.

If you self-ship your returns, your shipping costs would be reimbursed into your wallet subject to your return having met our Returns and Exchange Policy and the image of the courier receipt is shared by you and validated by us. For self ship returns the refund for returned products will only be initiated if they pass through a quality check conducted at the warehouse. If the quality check fails the product will be reshipped back to you.
Please follow the following steps to initiate returns:

send an email with subject line being the order number and specify the reason for return.

Once mail is received we will send you a response mail within 24hrs specifying if the area is serviceable or not. And advise you with further course of action. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your wallet. Shipping - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
